Hi, I’m Kelli Lemos, founder of Inner Rebel Wellness. Before anything else, I’m simply someone who understands what it feels like to live in survival mode. I know what it’s like to appear as though everything is fine on the outside while your mind and body are constantly overwhelmed on the inside. For years, I searched for ways to slow down, feel safe in my own body again, and find peace in the middle of everyday life. That journey led me to discover the powerful connection between the nervous system, stress, and healing—not from a textbook, but through my own lived experience.

My Journey
What began as a personal path toward healing eventually became the foundation of Inner Rebel Wellness.
I created this space because I believe healing doesn’t have to be overwhelming, complicated, or picture-perfect. It can be simple, grounded, and practical. My goal is to help people regulate their nervous system, release built-up stress, reconnect with themselves, and develop tools they can realistically use in everyday life. Through a compassionate, supportive approach, I help clients build resilience, restore balance, and create lasting well-being from the inside out.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me outdoors. Whether I’m hunting, fishing, camping, exploring back roads, or simply spending quiet time in nature, that’s where I recharge and reconnect with myself. Nature reminds me to slow down, breathe, and return to what matters most.
For me, healing isn’t something separate from life—it’s woven into how we live each day. My hope is to help you discover that same sense of calm, resilience, and connection within yourself.
